Raw footage and a script in the morning, finished ads by evening. This is a volume job. Our best editor finishes about 20 a week today, and 61 in his best week. The target is 50. That is the entire reason this role is AI first, and it is what the tools and the key are for. Nobody does 50 in week one.
Veo, Kling, Sora and Seedance for realistic footage, people and full video ads. Once you are through to the trial you get your own FAL.ai key with credit on it, on our account. We pay for the tools — how you use them is up to you.
Every ad you make goes live on Facebook and gets real results within 48 hours: how many people stopped scrolling, how long they watched. If the first three seconds aren't working, you recut them and beat your own number.
Two short team meetings a week, run in a timezone that works for you. Only the briefs come in English.
